Overview

InteractAI provides a web application and a Chrome extension that help you draft high‑quality replies on LinkedIn quickly. We are committed to privacy‑by‑design. We collect only what is necessary to deliver core functionality and do not sell personal data.

Data We Process

• Website/content input (ephemeral): the text of the LinkedIn comment you choose to reply to, and the visible author name string, are sent to our API to generate a response. This content is processed transiently and not stored server‑side.
• Local settings (stored in your browser only): API base URL, preferred tone, length, comment style, and remaining credits are saved via chrome.storage. These settings never leave your device unless you sync Chrome.
• Operational metadata: we may log non‑content technical events (timestamps, success/failure) to maintain reliability and detect abuse. These logs do not include your comment text.

How We Use Data

• To generate the AI reply you requested (core functionality).
• To maintain service reliability and prevent abuse.

We do not sell data. We do not use data for ads or profiling.

Sharing

We do not sell or share personal data. For AI generation, we use model providers under contract; requests are transmitted over HTTPS and governed by their API terms. We select providers focused on commercial privacy and security.

Security

All requests to our API use TLS (HTTPS). Access to systems is restricted and audited.

Retention

Comment content is processed ephemerally to generate a reply and not stored server‑side. Operational logs are retained for a limited period for reliability and security and then deleted.

Children’s Privacy

InteractAI is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated date.
